Sherry Jan Chung Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Sherry Jan Chung, age 66, left this earth to join our Heavenly Father on April 30th, 2022, in El Reno, Oklahoma. Sherry Jan Chung (Wilson) was born on August 22,1955 in Moberly Missouri, to parents James and Janelle Wilson. She graduated from Westran Highschool in Huntsville, Missouri. She married Phillip Chung in Randolph County Missouri and then moved to Shawnee Oklahoma in 1986.She lived the remainder of her life in several different cities in Oklahoma. She Moved to El Reno in 2021 to be closer to family. Sherry is survived by her daughter, Tosha Nowlin of El Reno, OK. Her two grandsons, Riley Dixon of El Reno, OK and Cole Dixon of Yukon, OK. Her son, Isaiah Chung of Oklahoma City, OK. Her brother, Randy Wilson and his Wife Jody Wilson of Yates, Missouri. And several distant family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Janelle Wilson of Moberly, MO, Her brother Dysart Wilson of Moberly, MO, Her cousin Donna Palmgren of Excello, MO. Sherry worked in Customer Service most of her career. She was a strong believer in Christ and shared His love and joy with everyone she encountered. She will be missed for her stories, sense of humor and amazing presence. The family will be conducting a memorial service to celebrate Sherry's life at Bible Baptist Church in El Reno, OK on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Adam Pearson officiating.
