Howard Hale Noland

Howard Hale Noland was born November 28, 1948 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Gearold and Melba Noland and was called home on June 18, 2020. Howard grew up in Crane, Texas and graduated from Crane High School in 1967. After graduating high school, he worked in the oilfield in Crane, Texas and overseas. He later moved to Oklahoma, where he met the love of his life Sue. They married on July 6, 1979 in Jacksonville, Texas. Howard enjoyed riding his Harley, feeding the birds and horses, and being outdoors. He was always working on something and was always willing to help others. Howard is survived by his wife, Sue Noland of the home; brothers, Gary Noland and wife Jeanette of El Reno, OK, Mike Noland of Denver, Colorado, and Therman Noland and wife Marilyn of Midland, Texas; and step-son, Gary Lynn Davis of Yukon, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gearold and Melba Noland. A funeral service to honor Howard’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in El Reno Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, June 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Family will be greeting friends at the funeral home Monday, June 22 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
