Allen Joseph McCracken

November 26, 1941 - July 9, 2021

Funeral services for Allen Joseph McCracken will be held at 1 o’clock p.m.,Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Bethel Community Church in Yukon with Mr. Ray Rhoton officiating. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home. Mr. McCracken entered heaven on Friday, July 9, 2021 at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born November 26, 1941 in El Reno, Oklahoma. He served in the Army before entering into the Reserves four years later. He married Judy Kay Cowan on July 20, 1973 and raised their family in Yukon, Oklahoma. He was an active member of the Bethel Community Baptist Church, always lending a hand to friends and neighbors. Throughout his life, Allen enjoyed being with family and friends. Some of his favorite activities were fishing, camping, and spending time in Arkansas visiting with his friend, Garland Hill. He was always known for working on his Christmas lights and multiple other projects. Allen was preceded in death by his parents: Mack & Vinnie McCracken, and three of his siblings: Bill McCracken, Mary Burback, Nadine Loyall. Survivors include his wife, Judy and three children: Cheryl McCracken of El Reno, April Beard & husband Charlie of Calumet, and John McCracken of El Reno. Brothers, Ronnie McCracken, Lewis McCracken and sister, Joann McCracken. Allen was blessed with five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Grandchildren: Zach Lawhorn, Massey Beard, Cody McCracken, Kaylee McCracken, and Bryson McCracken. Great-grandchildren: Brentley Lawhorn. Numerous other relatives and dear friends.
